The following is a list of my personal favorite resources in each of their respective categories. This list is by no means exhaustive. Certainly there are tons of other fabulous experts and resources available on each of these topics. These are simply my personal favorite go-to “guru’s” on each of these different subjects, all of which my family has had experience with in one way or another.
I really am not someone who gets “star struck” or who get’s all into people who are “famous.” But, if I were to meet any of the people in the lists below I would probably, legitimately become a little weird. These people, by sharing their work and their words have truly had a significant impact on my life and my family’s wellbeing. I am deeply grateful to all of these people for giving of their time, energy and expertise so people like me could find answers to the questions they so desperately seek. To be honest, I would LOVE it if we for-reals-zeez became pals one day.
My hope is that this page will be a cheat sheet of sorts to help expedite the learning curve for someone else who may be a few steps behind me in this wild and crazy healing journey.
